In this context, the ideological foundation of the Party – Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought – serves as a guiding light, a compass for all actions, helping us to remain steadfast in our goals and move forward confidently.

The banking sector, as the "lifeblood" of the economy, is at the forefront of innovation and integration, especially in the national digital transformation process. This is not only a technological revolution but also a crucial area in protecting and promoting the Party's ideological foundation. Hostile and reactionary forces are constantly seeking to exploit cyberspace, using distorted narratives and sophisticated tactics to undermine trust and hinder our development.
