Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the investment and business environment of Nghe An province has significantly improved. Mechanisms and policies aimed at improving the investment and business environment, removing difficulties for businesses, and enhancing the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) have yielded some positive results.

Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the investment and business environment of Nghe An province has significantly improved. Mechanisms and policies aimed at improving the investment and business environment, removing difficulties for businesses, and enhancing the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) have yielded some results. However, many obstacles and bottlenecks still exist, preventing Nghe An's PCI from achieving the desired results, with many component indicators ranking low and requiring timely solutions.
