(Baonghean.vn) - With the theme "Youth of Vinh City join hands to build urban civilization," the Vinh City Youth Union, in coordination with the City's Urban Management Department, launched a campaign to raise awareness and guide people to park their vehicles in designated areas on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai street from February 26th to March 26th. The aim was to restore urban order, improve traffic safety, prevent encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, and ensure environmental hygiene and urban aesthetics.
