(Baonghean)With the timely and close assistance of the Department of Internal Affairs and the guidance and attention of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee, the Department of Internal Affairs of Quy Hop District has fostered unity and effort among its staff to continuously and excellently fulfill its nhiệm vụ in 2013 and 2014.

In the area of ​​organizational structure, the Quy Hop District Department of Internal Affairs has advised the District People's Committee to issue unified functions and tasks for state management agencies in a more streamlined and efficient manner, such as: establishing a Project Management Board for Investment and Construction; consolidating and establishing a Citizen Reception Board for the district; merging and establishing new schools; directing units, communes and wards to review, consolidate, arrange, and promptly assign job positions when there are changes in the organization of cadres, civil servants, and public employees...

The department also actively advised the District People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Internal Affairs to submit the Project for the establishment of Song Dinh town to the Provincial People's Committee for approval; advised on the issuance of plans for recruitment, appointment, reappointment, and job transfer according to regulations; developed job position plans in specialized agencies, public service units, and schools under the District People's Committee; and advised on the issuance of documents reviewing and supplementing the functions, tasks, and work assignments for officials and employees in specialized departments and public service units under the district. As a result, to date, 100% of agencies, specialized departments, and units have implemented the correct procedures and regulations.

The department has also taken additional procedural steps in the planning of management personnel for the period 2016-2021; together with communes and towns, it has reviewed, consolidated, arranged, and assigned the team of officials and non-specialized personnel at the commune and village levels to promptly supplement the allowance regime according to regulations for communes and towns.

In particular, based on land cadastral records, the Planning Department successfully organized negotiations on administrative boundary lines where encroachment and illegal settlement still existed between Nghia Dan and Quy Hop districts; and between Quy Hop and Tan Ky districts. Simultaneously, it chaired negotiations on disputed points of encroachment and illegal settlement along the boundaries of communes within the district, contributing to the stability of the political situation and rural security and order.

The Department has advised the District People's Committee to properly implement regulations on the use and management of personnel allocated by competent authorities; to correctly follow the procedures and regulations for receiving, recruiting, appointing, or transferring personnel. It has provided close supervision to ensure that the recruitment and appointment of personnel to managerial positions are carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations...

One of the key management areas of the Department of Internal Affairs is actively advising on and promoting administrative reform; directing communes, towns, and units to issue and implement annual administrative reform plans. Based on provincial guidance, in 2014, the Department advised on the restructuring of staff working at the district-level one-stop service centers; regularly inspected, supervised, and directed administrative reform, improving the efficiency of one-stop service transactions at the commune level... As a result, the operational efficiency of "one-stop" service centers from the district level to the communes has significantly improved, serving the needs of both citizens and businesses well.

With these outstanding achievements, in 2013 the Department of Internal Affairs of Quy Hop district was awarded a Certificate of Commendation by the Prime Minister, and in 2014 it was further awarded the Flag of Excellent Emulation Unit by the Provincial People's Committee.
