Nghe An Newspaper must be the political and ideological banner of the Party on the journalistic front.

Currently, with the rapid development of digital media and the explosion of social networks, countless pieces of information and events are updated every second and minute, posing enormous challenges and demands on the press and media. Nghe An Newspaper – “the voice of the Party, government, and people of Nghe An” – must be a leading media agency, a political and ideological banner of the Party on the provincial media front; the newspaper must affirm its legitimacy, authenticity, and accuracy. All viewpoints, policies, and guidelines of the Party and State must be conveyed persuasively to the people. As the voice and forum of the people, Nghe An Newspaper must provide diverse and rich information, capturing and reflecting the legitimate aspirations of the people, effectively guiding public opinion, and contributing to strengthening the close relationship between the Party, the State, and the people.

Newspapers need to leverage the superior strengths of technology, becoming a multimedia communication agency, improving management methods to ensure timely information updates, allowing readers to access newspapers anytime, anywhere, on any device, especially mobile devices, so that the newspaper becomes truly necessary and close to its readers and listeners, demonstrating its leading and guiding role. Newspapers also need to focus on nurturing, training, and developing a team of staff, reporters, and editors to meet the requirements of a Party newspaper in the current trend of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

On this occasion, we acknowledge and commend the efforts and endeavors to ensure that "the flow of official information never stops," contributing to the proud achievements of Nghe An Newspaper over the past 60 years. I hope that the current staff of Nghe An Newspaper will continue and uphold this heroic tradition, building the newspaper into an increasingly strong and prosperous publication, worthy of being "the organ of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the voice of the Party, government, and people of Nghe An."

Contributing to further energizing the activities of the Farmers' Association and the farmers' movement.

Over the past period, Nghe An Newspaper has provided significant energy to the activities of the Farmers' Association and the farmers' movement in the province, especially the movement "Farmers competing in excellent production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty". The newspaper has quickly updated and widely disseminated the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas; spreading many good models and examples for members and farmers in the province to grasp, learn from, and follow.

In particular, the newspaper has quite promptly reflected the concerns, anxieties, difficulties, and obstacles faced by farmers in production and daily life (recent articles reflecting difficulties in agricultural product consumption are typical examples), and the inadequacies in policies and policy implementation… The information conveyed by Nghe An Newspaper from both sides is very valuable, helping farmers and Party committees and authorities at all levels a great deal.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association hopes to continue receiving the support, encouragement, and backing of the Newspaper so that the Association's work and the farmers' movement in the province can develop further, better promote the role of the Farmers' Association in agricultural development, building new rural areas, and enhancing the image of Nghe An farmers as hardworking, creative, compassionate, and possessing increasingly high levels of education and scientific and technical knowledge.

We have observed that the Nghe An Newspaper's propaganda work regarding the Youth Union over the years has made a very important contribution to guiding and spreading the positive values ​​of youth to the community.

The provincial Party newspaper has consistently maintained connections with various levels of the Youth Union to diversify information sources, proactively develop propaganda plans, and implement numerous impactful articles, leaving a lasting impression on Youth Union members, young people, and the general public. The Nghe An newspaper has also proactively opened many special pages, sections, and articles aimed at guiding and educating the younger generation, particularly by deeply exploring patriotism, exemplary role models, and outstanding new models of Youth Union members and young people; and addressing issues of concern to youth. Many modern forms of propaganda, such as video clips, infographics, and e-magazines, are suitable for the Youth Union's educational and propaganda work and the tastes of young people.

Currently, amidst the diverse sources of information, the provincial Party newspaper remains a reliable companion for young people, serving as a legitimate channel for combating false and hostile viewpoints. Given the increasingly demanding requirements of modern media and the needs of young people, we hope that the Nghe An Newspaper will dedicate more attention to reflecting the activities of the Youth Union at all levels, rejuvenating its "interface" to better connect with young people, contributing to inspiring creativity and fostering their confidence.

In today's digital age - Industry 4.0, with the rapid development of audiovisual media and social networks, and the increasing number of choices available to the public, Nghe An Newspaper continues to maintain its top position among Party newspapers nationwide.

Nghe An Newspaper is a highly combative publication. It constantly innovates to keep pace with trends and meet the increasingly high demands of its readers. It consistently performs its function of disseminating the Party and State's guidelines, policies, and laws; providing guidance on "hot" issues in the province; and its guiding and combative nature is increasingly evident. Nghe An Newspaper is considered a "bridge" bringing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws to its readers, while also acting as a "connector" bringing the voices of the people to the Party and government at all levels in the province. The electronic editions of Nghe An Newspaper are increasingly innovative, offering diverse and engaging information, fostering trust and closeness between readers and the newspaper.

As someone working in the Party's propaganda department, I find the Nghe An Newspaper to have a special place and significance. It is an indispensable source of information for me to consult and utilize. I always trust the information published by the newspaper in all fields to effectively serve the work of information dissemination and public opinion guidance among cadres and Party members in the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of Nghe An Newspaper, we respectfully wish the Editorial Board, staff, reporters, and editors of the newspaper continued success in their writing and further contributions to the development of our province.

If asked which newspaper has left the most lasting impressions and unforgettable memories on me, I would immediately say it's the Nghe An newspaper. It's easy to understand why, because I'm a loyal reader of this newspaper; it's become a habit for me to check the Nghe An newspaper every day, always kept on my desk. Throughout my nearly 30 years of work in the Youth Union and Party, I've also been a close contributor to this newspaper. As for the staff and reporters of the Nghe An newspaper throughout its history, I always cherish them as close friends and comrades. I admire their dedication to their work; I admire their profound knowledge in all fields. I value the reporters because they are always conscious of their responsibility as people working for a Party newspaper.

I believe that, along with the development of the province, to demonstrate the role and position of the Party newspaper in the reform process – both as the voice of the Party Committee and the government, and as a forum for the people in the province – wherever there are complex issues, the newspaper's reporters have stepped in to produce insightful and practical articles, to do a good job of ideological work, to stabilize the situation, for the benefit of the people, for the overall development, worthy of being the voice of the people and a reliable support of the Party.

It is gratifying to see that, 60 years after the founding of Nghe An Newspaper, the publication has continuously developed, innovated, and improved the quality of its operations, from its organizational structure and facilities to its equipment. I have also had the opportunity to speak with several leaders of local newspapers in other provinces, and they all acknowledged that they still have much to learn from Nghe An Newspaper, from its color scheme and printing materials to the quality of its articles and headlines…

I also hope that Nghe An Newspaper will publish more articles that offer in-depth criticism and critique on all aspects of social life, as well as Party building work, with a higher political and combative spirit; and that it will overcome some errors, such as inaccurate reporting and images, and overly sensational headlines that offend readers…

Nghe An Newspaper has undergone many innovations and creative changes.

Nghe An Newspaper serves as a source of information to assist Party committees at all levels, especially at the grassroots level, in carrying out political and ideological education in the current period. Through Nghe An Newspaper, we access information on exemplary individuals and good deeds, advanced models, and effective practices in all fields of economy, society, security and defense, and Party building. It provides guidance on ideological work for Party committees at all levels at appropriate times. The format of the publications is increasingly diverse and flexible. In particular, the newspaper has focused on innovating and improving the quality of the online version of Nghe An and Nghe An Weekend.

However, to keep pace with the trends of the 4.0 era, in the coming time, in addition to print newspapers, Nghe An Newspaper needs to strengthen its online presence. The newspaper needs to integrate multiple information sources, cooperate with other newspapers and collaborators to provide timely and vivid information. It needs articles with a higher fighting spirit, especially in the fight against corruption, negative practices, and waste; continue to have special sections and columns with more in-depth articles on the field of Party organization building; articles should not only provide information to readers but also offer educational and ideological guidance for Party committees and members at all levels. We hope that in its 60th year, Nghe An Newspaper will see many innovations and creative changes, worthy of being the voice of the Party and a forum for the people of the province.

The provincial Party newspaper serves as a guide for branch meetings.

Nghe An Newspaper is extremely important in communicating information about ethnic affairs, implementing the Party and State's ethnic policies, and serving as a document and guide for regular Party branch meetings. The newspaper's content is very rich and diverse, with a timely and accurate system of current events, helping those of us working in propaganda at the grassroots level to deliver useful information to cadres, Party members, and the people. In particular, the newspaper has dedicated a special section on mountainous regions and ethnic minorities, writing about customs, models, and movements in mountainous areas in an easy-to-understand, easy-to-read, easy-to-see, and easy-to-follow manner, fostering trust in the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations.

Many articles about exemplary individuals and good deeds, successful business models, and examples of economic development have taught us a great deal. We read these articles during Party branch meetings so that Party members are aware of these models, and then disseminate the information to other organizations in the village so that members can access, learn from, and emulate them.

Looking ahead, I hope that Nghe An Newspaper will continue to publish many articles that contribute to encouraging and promoting socio-economic development in Nghe An province, especially paying more attention to remote areas like Que Phong district. I would also like to suggest to the Post Office that they deliver the newspaper more promptly to Party branches in remote areas.
