H'Hen Niê: If I hadn't become a beauty queen, I probably would have had a fifth child.
"If I hadn't been crowned Miss, I probably would have had my 4th or 5th child by now, because I love children so much," H'Hen Niê confided.
In recent years, H'Hen Niê has chosen to celebrate her new age in a simple way, without taking any commemorative photos. Remember in 2023, the beauty celebrated her birthday with the goal of building 5 friendly libraries. Touched by the heart of the beauty from Dak Lak for the community, her team decided to prepare a special gift, a 32nd birthday photo album for Miss Universe Vietnam 2017.
Three days before her birthday, H'Hen Nie had a photo shoot for a new project. The crew took this opportunity to prepare a birthday cake and photo set for the 1992-born beauty. Upon receiving the gift, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 was both surprised and happy. She quickly moved into the set, took a few photos to celebrate her new age, then returned to her work.
H'Hen Nie shared: “Every year the crew asks me if I want to take birthday photos, I say no because celebrating my new age with family and friends is fun. Therefore, for the past few years on my birthday I have not had a photo shoot. This year the crew prepared everything and planned for me to have birthday photos, which surprised and touched me. I am grateful to everyone for always loving and caring for me.”
Entering her new age, H'Hen Nie continues to carry out community projects on the environment, green living and education. Through this, she hopes to spread and inspire positive living to young people. H'Hen Nie also focuses on sustainable and long-term projects. In 2024, H'Hen Nie planted 1 hectare of forest in Thanh Hoa, and plans to plant another 1 hectare at the end of May in Dong Nai. The beauty also cherishes the idea of opening a friendly library, focusing on children.
H'Hen Nie confided that because she is over 30, she feels a bit pressured when hearing about her age. Talking about her plans for her new age, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 confided: "Last year I set a goal to build 5 friendly libraries, but this year I have not set any target, I just do as much as I can."
When asked about getting married, the Ede beauty confided: "I think it's hard to predict this, because depending on the time, we will have different thoughts and decisions. When I intend to get married, I will definitely announce it so that the audience can join in the fun." H'Hen Nie added that her parents no longer talk about marriage but let her decide for herself and respect her choice.
H'Hen Niê confided that during her career, being crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 was an unforgettable milestone, helping her become known and loved by many people. The 32-year-old beauty shared: "Back then, I thought that after I finished school, I would go to work and get married. If I hadn't been crowned Miss, I probably would have had my 4th or 5th child by now, because I love children very much."
