H'Hen Niê denied the allegations of demanding exorbitant fees and stated that it was a misunderstanding.

Since being crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, H'Hen Niê has been loved for her honest and down-to-earth personality. She frequently shares simple moments in her hometown or goes on charity trips without makeup, receiving praise from everyone. Recently, an account commented that the beauty queen born in 1992 was unfriendly and overcharged for shows. In response to these comments, Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 wrote: “Thank you for your contribution. If I wasn't very nice when we met, please forgive me. As for the price, I wasn't overcharging; you must be mistaken.”

H'Hen Niê appreciates feedback because it helps her to improve herself.

This isn't the first time H'Hen Niê has faced negative feedback from netizens. Previously, one user claimed that the Ê Đê beauty "only pretends to be suffering and friendly." Regarding this comment, the 31-year-old beauty queen expressed: "Saying I'm fake is also true; I'm fake to endure hardship, bitterness, and contempt… because I know who I am in my family and how hard I need to strive. As for my self-worth and true nature, I just live accordingly."

Besides her artistic activities, the Ede beauty is also busy with community projects.

Speaking to us, H'Hen Niê's team stated that the above post reflects her perspective on the matter. When asked about how she deals with negative comments on social media, the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 winner said: “I handle things differently depending on the issue. Usually, I thank people for their feedback and comments. It's normal for the audience not to fully understand me sometimes. I appreciate all the feedback so I can improve.”

Regarding her overly simple attire, H'Hen Niê said that when participating in social activities, she doesn't think about herself but focuses on the projects. “I separate my image when appearing at entertainment events from my everyday image. I see that as my true self,” the Top 5 Miss Universe 2018 revealed. H'Hen Niê added that she is not accustomed to a luxurious lifestyle; she just needs to be comfortable doing things that benefit the community.
