H'Hen Niê: "I lost 3 kg due to the pressure after winning the crown."

H'Hen Niê was a guest at the grand opening of a pizza restaurant on the evening of April 3rd.

She was hospitalized two days ago due to food poisoning. The Miss Universe Vietnam winner said that her health is now stable.

H'Hen Niê revealed that she has lost 3 kg since winning Miss Universe Vietnam. "The increased workload and pressure have caused me to lose a little weight. I travel quite a lot, my eating habits are irregular, and I hardly eat any carbohydrates. Currently, I have to eat more pastries and desserts to replenish my energy," Hen said.

There are mixed opinions about H'Hen Niê's short hairstyle, but she says she's just "experimenting" to see which style suits her best before officially competing in the Miss Universe world pageant.
