Two suspects escaped while receiving treatment at the hospital
Taking advantage of being taken to Quang Ninh General Hospital for treatment, two prisoners who were being detained escaped.
On the evening of January 12, a private source said that the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (PC44) of Quang Ninh Provincial Police is investigating and pursuing two suspects who escaped the same morning while being treated at Quang Ninh General Hospital.
The first offender is Nguyen Minh Thanh (29 years old), admitted to the hospital in early December 2017, with indications of duodenal ulcer, antral gastritis, and intercostal neuralgia. The second offender is Hoang Cao Cuong (30 years old), admitted to the hospital in mid-December 2017, with indications of glomerulonephritis, with nephrotic syndrome. Both were previously detained atQuang Ninh Provincial Police Detention Camp.

Early this morning, hospital medical staff discovered that the two suspects were no longer in their rooms. The hospital has made a report of the incident.
According to sources, these two criminals are located separately on the eighth floor of the hospital, with a fence and locked gate.Director of Quang Ninh General Hospital Trinh Van Manh refused to comment on the incident. "The Provincial People's Committee has assigned me so I am not allowed to speak," said Mr. Manh.
