At 7:45 PM on the same day, rescue forces found the first victim, NNM (born in 2008); about 10 minutes later, they found the second victim, NAT (born in 2012). It is known that the two children are cousins; they reside in Hamlet 5, Quynh Giang Commune, Quynh Luu District.
