According to the investigation, Son andMs. Ngoc(24 years old)have been in a relationship for about 4 years now.Recently, a conflict arose, the girl wanted to break up but Son tried to hold on. Many times there was aggression, he threatened to kill Ngoc and then commit suicide, making the girl afraid and had to avoid him.
At noon on July 10, after calling Ngoc many times without getting through, Son went to Linh's (Ngoc's friend) rented room on Cong Lo Street (Ward 15, Tan Binh District) to look for her. Seeing Ngoc sitting eating, he rushed in, locked the door, and continuously cursed and beat the girl.

Sister Linh tried to stop him but Son pulled out a gun and shot her.He continued to point the gun at Ngoc and pulled the trigger, but the gun did not fire, so he pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim.After committing the crime, the perpetrator committed suicide by drinking poison.
Police and local people had to break down the door of the rented room and take all 3 to the emergency room. They are now out of danger.
