Two singers from Nghe An province release music video "Party's Will - People's Heart".
On December 21st, at the Military University of Culture and Arts (Hanoi), singer Tran Bich Ngoc and her team held a press conference to launch their music project "The Party's Will - The People's Heart".
The highlight of the project is the collaboration between two artists: singer Tran Bich Ngoc and musician/singer Hoang Hong Ngoc, resulting in a seriously invested political commentary work aimed at celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

“The Party's Will – The People's Heart” is Tran Bich Ngoc's officially announced debut music project, 10 years after she won the runner-up title in the Classical Music category of the 2015 Sao Mai Singing Contest.
For Hoang Hong Ngoc, this project marks her role as Music Director, as well as her return to a work with profound intellectual depth and a clear sense of social responsibility.

The project consists of two versions: a duet music video featuring Tran Bich Ngoc and Hoang Hong Ngoc, produced by ForArtFilm; and a solo audio version with a symphonic feel performed by Tran Bich Ngoc. The musical arrangement was done by Hoang Trung Duc and Ninh Van Hai, and the music video was directed by Nguyen Trung Nam. The production team brings together many professionals in the fields of music and visual arts.
The artwork realistically portrays daily life, work, and meetings at the grassroots level, creating an intimate artistic space that vividly reflects the close relationship between the Party and the people. Through modern political and artistic language, the work conveys a message about the harmonious blend of the Party's leadership will and the people's faith and unity.
Speaking at the press conference, the team stated that "Party's Will - People's Heart" is a rare musical project launched at this time that directly addresses the theme of the Party Congress, with a serious and emotionally rich approach, avoiding stereotypical illustrations, and focusing on ideological depth and artistic value.

The collaboration between Tran Bich Ngoc and Hoang Hong Ngoc also holds special significance, as both artists are from Nghe An province. Hoang Hong Ngoc was born and raised in Nghe An, while Tran Bich Ngoc was born and raised in Ha Tinh.
The two artists share a common ground not only in their hometown of Nghe An but also in their artistic paths, which have been nurtured by formal training and long-term practical experience.
Both have been close for over 15 years in their studies and artistic activities. In this project, Hoang Hong Ngoc focuses on the role of Music Director, shaping the overall color, structure, and spirit of the work, while Tran Bich Ngoc is the central vocalist, fully expressing the content and ideas through vocal technique and stage presence accumulated over many years.
Commenting on the song "Party's Will - People's Heart," the Vice Rector of the Military University of Culture and Arts, Colonel, Doctor, People's Artist Xuan Bac, said that writing about the Party is a very difficult artistic endeavor. The love is great, the gratitude is deep, but to express it, especially at the right time when the whole country is looking forward to the 14th National Party Congress, is not easy.
According to People's Artist Xuan Bac, the song expresses not only the feelings of an individual but also has a universal appeal, reflecting the voice not only of Party members but of the people, which truly moved him. He assessed that the meaning of each section as well as the song as a whole portrays the image of the Party as a pioneering, humble party that lives in the hearts of the people; the people's following the Party is a natural choice of life, thereby demonstrating the prosperity and happiness of the country and its people.
With "The Party's Will - The People's Heart," the two singers from Nghe An not only introduced a new musical product but also demonstrated the artists' responsibility in the face of important political events of the country, contributing their artistic voice to the overall flow towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
