Trump and Putin reached a "disagreement" on the Ukraine issue.
At their meeting in Helsinki, U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin "agreed not to agree" on their respective positions regarding resolving the conflict in Ukraine, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said.

On Wednesday (July 25), at a Senate hearing, Mike Pompeo was asked whether any agreement on Ukraine had been reached at the summit.
"No, they disagreed. U.S. policy hasn't changed, and you can see that," the Secretary of State said.
