Two motorcycles collide head-on, resulting in four casualties.

(Baonghean.vn) - On National Highway 1A, in the section passing through Block 7, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, a traffic accident occurred when two motorbikes collided head-on, resulting in one person dying on the spot and three others sustaining serious injuries in critical condition.

According to local residents who witnessed the accident, at around 9 PM on July 19th, they heard the sound of a car crashing. When they ran out, they saw a horrific scene: a young man with a fractured skull lying sprawled on the side of the road, three other people lying scattered on the other side, and two motorbikes overturned in the middle of the road.

Immediately afterwards, people called a taxi to take the victims to the hospital for emergency treatment. The victim who died on the spot was identified as Nguyen Tat Thang, 23 years old, son of Mr. Nguyen Van Thung, Block 3, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district. The other three victims were from Hoang Mai district.

According to the accident scene and initial information: the victim, Thang, was not wearing a helmet and was traveling in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh. Upon reaching the location, he suddenly crashed into a motorbike carrying three people that was turning left across the road. The strong impact sent all four people flying onto the road.

Following the accident, traffic police from Quynh Luu district arrived at the scene to investigate the cause and resolve the incident.
