2.Request:

- For commander: Have a degree in bridge and road engineering, at least 7 years of experience, have worked as a commander, have a supervisory practice certificate of level II or higher.

- For field engineering: Have a degree in bridge and road engineering, minimum 3 years of experience.

- For internal engineering: Have a degree in bridge and road engineering, minimum 5 years of experience.

- For workers operating excavators + bulldozers + rollers + graders: Have appropriate practice certificates, minimum 1 year experience.

- For machine repairmen: Have experience in repairing cars and construction machines.

3. Rights and obligations:
