(Baonghean.vn) - The excessive number of cars coupled with a shortage of parking spaces forces many drivers to park in the middle of Vinh City's streets during hot weather, posing a high risk of fire and explosion, as well as health hazards.

Midday temperatures in Vinh City have fluctuated between 38 and 42 degrees Celsius in recent days. If a car is left parked outdoors for more than 30 minutes, the temperature inside is estimated to be over 50 degrees Celsius, and the temperature increases even more the longer the car is parked in the sun.
