Thousands of people join to cheer for the commune football tournament

(Baonghean.vn) - In recent days, thousands of people in Cam Son commune have flocked to the commune's central stadium to participate in the biggest local sports festival of the year. That is the 2017 Youth Football Tournament.

This year's Cam Son Commune (Anh Son) Youth Football Tournament gathered 10 teams from villages and hamlets in the area. Although it was only a commune-level tournament, the teams were well-prepared and trained in terms of physical strength, technique and tactics. The tournament took place from July 5 to 12, 2017 and attracted thousands of spectators to the stadium to cheer. It is worth mentioning that although it was a youth tournament, there were many spectators of all ages coming to watch the progress of each match.

As a mountainous commune, people's lives depend on agricultural production activities, but in recent times, Cam Son commune has been known as a locality with a strongly developing mass sports movement in Anh Son district. In particular, in football, over the years the commune has contributed many quality players to the district.

After the dramatic and exciting qualifying matches, the two best teams from Cam Hoa and Ha Du villages competed in the final match. In the end, the first prize went to Ha Du youth team, Cam Hoa youth team finished second; the third prize went to Ke May youth team./.
