Hundreds of students enthusiastically participated in an extracurricular activity to help save electricity.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 25th, at Thinh Thanh Primary School, Nghe An Power Company, in coordination with the education sector of Yen Thanh district, organized an extracurricular activity "Primary schools join hands to save electricity".

This is one of the activities aimed at raising awareness and skills among teachers, students, and the entire population regarding the economical use of electricity and environmental protection; and effectively implementing the national program on energy conservation according to Directive 171 of the Prime Minister.
Representatives from Nghe An Power Company and the Yen Thanh education sector stated: Electricity is an extremely valuable energy source, practically linked to people's lives, production, and daily activities, but it is not inexhaustible. To use electricity safely, economically, and efficiently, people in general and students in particular must adhere to the four principles: at the right time, in the right place, in the right way, and according to the right needs.

During the extracurricular activity, students from Thinh Thanh Primary School also participated in an interactive session, answering 10 questions related to energy conservation, thereby helping them change their awareness when using electrical appliances at home and in the classroom.
Through this program, the children will become young advocates, promoting and encouraging everyone in their families and communities to actively participate in saving electricity, contributing to the formation of a civilized lifestyle and a sense of responsibility regarding energy conservation.
