Calling for, mobilizing, inciting, threatening, or enticing crowds to gather to cause trouble; seriously insulting the honor, reputation, or dignity of others... are acts that violate the Law on Cyber Security.
To avoid violating the Law on Cyber Security (effective from January 1, 2019), people need to pay attention to the following behaviors that will be handled if accidentally violated:
