The exchange included five martial arts schools from the province: Vovinam, Nhat Nam, Karatedo, Shaolin Shandong Northern School, and Phat Quang Quan.

Venerable Thich Khai Dao, a martial arts master and member of the organizing committee, said: "This is the first time Vien Quang Pagoda has organized a martial arts exchange, aiming to create a healthy playground for martial arts schools in the province to interact, share, learn from each other's experiences, build solidarity, and promote the cultural values of the nation. In the coming years, the pagoda will expand the program to become a Traditional Martial Arts Day at the pagoda."
