As a highlight of the 2025 Bach Ma Temple Festival program, the fascinating and unique wrestling game is always eagerly anticipated by viewers.

On March 8th, exciting wrestling matches took place at the Bach Ma Temple grounds in Kim Bang commune, featuring teams from Thanh Thuy, Thanh Qua, Kim Bang, and Thanh Ha communes in Thanh Chuong district. Wrestling is a traditional game of the people of Thanh Chuong. The ball is a round, dried banana tree trunk weighing 8-10 kg. The participants in the wrestling match are strong, middle-aged men with good health and stamina. Each round lasts 15-20 minutes. At the end of each round, the wrestlers go out to rest, their bodies covered in dirt and sand. Nguyen Dinh Trong, a member of the wrestling team from Thanh Thuy commune, said: "Wrestling is quite tiring but very fun."
