Diversify forms of citizen reception

Originating from many issues that voters have repeatedly reflected and recommended but have not been resolved. According to reports from the City People's Committee's professional departments and offices, the rate of handling complaints and denunciations in Vinh City is about 90% annually. However, in reality, only 40% of citizens' complaints are thoroughly resolved. The main reason is that some professional departments and offices of the City People's Committee are superficial and irresponsible in handling citizens' complaints and denunciations. Partly because citizens' requests and demands exceed their authority and exceed regulations, making them very difficult to implement.

In addition to paying attention to resolving recommendations and proposals from policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged people in society, in recent times, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council has also pursued, supervised, and urged sectors and levels to effectively resolve many issues in the socio-economic fields.

Chairman of the City People's Council, Nguyen Hong Minh, said: The more attentively we receive people, the more effective the work of State agencies in general and elected agencies in particular will be.
