(Baonghean.vn) - To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, on the morning of July 26th, a delegation from the Provincial People's Council held a ceremony to lay flowers and offer incense at the Truông Bồn Historical Relic Site in Mỹ Sơn commune, Đô Lương district.

The delegates laid flowers and offered incense at the graves of the fallen Youth Volunteers and at the shrine of 1,240 heroic martyrs - beloved sons and daughters who dedicated their youth to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
Before the spirits of the heroes and martyrs, the delegates remembered and expressed their profound respect and gratitude for the sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs.
On this occasion, Comrade Hoang Viet Duong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and the delegation also laid flowers and offered incense at the Vietnam-Laos International Cemetery in Anh Son district.
