The People's Council of Nghe An province convened a special session to conduct a vote of confidence.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council has decided to convene the 16th session (special session) of the 18th term of the Provincial People's Council to conduct a vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council and to carry out other matters within its authority.
Time and program:One session, starting at 2:00 PM, on October 27, 2023 (Friday).
Location:Giao Te Hotel, No. 9, Ho Tung Mau Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
After conducting a vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council,The session is expected to discuss and adopt the following draft resolutions:
- Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected by the Provincial People's Council.
- Resolution on approving the proposal to recognize the expanded Vinh City as meeting the criteria of a Type I urban area.
- Resolution approving the Vinh City Urban Development Program until 2030, with a vision to 2050.
- The resolution stipulates a number of preferential policies for Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School, Nghe An province.
- Resolution promulgating the List of public service activities using state budget in the field of agriculture and rural development in Nghe An province.
- Resolution stipulating the fee rates for carrying out administrative procedures through online public services in Nghe An province.
- Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 20/2021/NQ-HĐND dated December 9, 2021, of the Provincial People's Council promulgating regulations on the decentralization of state budget revenue sources, local budget expenditure tasks, and the percentage (%) of revenue sharing between budgets of local government levels in Nghe An province for the period 2022 - 2025.
- Resolution approving the list of works and projects requiring land acquisition as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 62 of the Land Law in Nghe An province.
- Resolution on changing the land use purpose of rice fields, protective forest land, and special-use forest land as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 58 of the Land Law to implement investment projects in Nghe An province.
- Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment plan and adjusting the 2023 public investment plan from local budget sources (if any).
- Resolution on the investment policy for public investment projects (if any).
- Resolution on adjusting the investment policy for public investment projects (if any).
