According to Mr. Vinh, the simplest and lowest cost solution is to install LED lights or light-increasing bulbs, just replace the original halogen bulb with a light-increasing bulb, the brightness increases by about 120-130% compared to the original light. If replacing the high beam or low beam bulbs, there are popular LED bulbs such as H1, H4, H7, H11, ... quick to install, good light concentration, stronger light intensity than the original bulb and no need to drill.
If you install a xenon bulb, the brightness increases about 250-300% compared to the original halogen bulb, and the light color can be selected.
In addition, in the case of "bi-xenon" upgrade, the brightness increases many times compared to the original lights. The "bi-xenon" has both high beam and low beam mode, so if you upgrade to the low beam side, when the high beam is turned on, the car will have 4 headlights on at the same time (2 original headlights + 2 bi-xenon headlights). If you upgrade to the high beam side, when the low beam is turned on, there will be 4 low beam lights on at the same time (2 original low beam lights + 2 bi-xenon low beam lights).

According to Mr. Vinh, these lights have more light than the original lights of the car. The assembly is also quite simple, just connect the wires to the same power source as the other lights or connect directly to the battery wire and place it in any position you like.
Mr. Dinh Xuan Nhat (Cua Nam ward), a car owner, said that he also installed a xenon light with strong light for his car because the original light did not meet the requirements. “When driving on the road, if you want the vehicles on the opposite side, especially cars, to turn on their low beams for you, using the original light to signal will be difficult to get support. With LED lights, high-power xenon lights, you only need to “turn on the light” a few times and the driver will turn on his low beams for you, because the light is very strong, easily blinding the people on the opposite side.”
Not only did he install auxiliary lights in the front, he also installed a “led bar” at the rear of the car. With a strong light output, every time he stepped on the brake or turned on the power, the “led bar” would shine directly into the cabin of the car behind him. “I installed it like this to counter the cars behind that shine their high beams into my tail,” said Mr. Nhat.
Installing headlights with strong light will cause discomfort to oncoming vehicles, loss of judgment, estimation of size, distance of other vehicles in traffic, leading to accidents. In addition, installing additional lights will cause the risk of fire and explosion for the vehicle.

In addition, on the market there are many types of lights with unclear origins and low quality. When used for a period of time, water can get in, causing damage and making the vehicle unsafe."

Captain Le Quang Hung - Traffic Police of Nam Dan district said:The Road Traffic Law stipulates that vehicle owners are not allowed to arbitrarily change the structure, components, or systems of their vehicles that are not in accordance with the manufacturer's design or the renovation design approved by the competent authority. In particular, drivers who install additional rear lights on their vehicles may be fined up to VND 1,000,000 and have the additional lights confiscated according to Decree No. 46/2016/ND-CP.
