On the morning of November 15th, authorities were still actively investigating and clarifying the crane collapse incident that resulted in the death of a 10th-grade student from Le Viet Thuat High School (Vinh City).

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper, earlier, at around 5:30 PM, several students were playing sports behind the school when suddenly the crane of the nearby Truong Thanh 2 apartment building collapsed.

The accident resulted in the immediate death of Tran Van Hai, a student in class 10A7 of Le Viet Thuat High School.

Upon receiving the report, the Vinh City Police and the police of Truong Thi and Ben Thuy wards arrived to secure the scene and investigate the cause.

Reportedly, this crane belongs to Truong Thanh Co., Ltd., which is constructing a 20-story apartment building and townhouse complex in Block 5, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City.
