The Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association laid wreaths at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site.
On the afternoon of February 28th, to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association, led by its Chairman, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, visited and offered flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation of the Nghe An Real Estate Association respectfully offered incense and flowers in commemoration, expressing boundless gratitude and profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh - who dedicated and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people.
Before the revered image of President Ho Chi Minh, representatives of the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association reported on the outstanding achievements of the real estate business community in the recent past.
The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for the Nghe An Real Estate Association with the successful organization of its Second Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, outlining directions, objectives, and operational solutions for the new period. The Congress streamlined the organizational structure, enhanced the coordinating and connecting role among member businesses, and affirmed the Association's position as a reliable bridge between the business community and state management agencies.
Besides effectively performing its function of advising and providing social feedback on mechanisms and policies related to land, housing, planning, and construction, the Association has closely followed the set programs and plans, actively participating in programs, projects, and research topics at the request of relevant authorities. Market monitoring and analysis are carried out regularly; data on housing and real estate transactions in the area are continuously updated, thereby promptly proposing solutions to overcome difficulties, control risks, and promote healthy, transparent, and stable market development.
Alongside its professional duties, the Association focuses on building and strengthening its organization. After 5 years of operation, the Association has recruited and developed 106 members, expanding its network of businesses across various market segments. Members not only actively participate in professional activities but also strongly support social welfare movements launched by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. In particular, 10 member units have contributed billions of VND to support disaster relief efforts; and mobilized donations of thousands of Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts for poor households and people in affected areas.
To further expand its membership, the Association implements various solutions to attract new members, strengthen dialogue, provide information support, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of members in accordance with the law, contributing to building a united, responsible, and sustainably developing real estate business community in Nghe An.
Alongside its business development goals, the Association continues to pay special attention to social welfare, charity, and humanitarian activities. These practical actions not only affirm the prestige and responsibility of the real estate business community but also demonstrate a spirit of sharing and support for those in difficult circumstances, contributing to the spread of humanitarian values in society.

The Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association was established according to Decision No. 3414/QD-UBND dated August 7, 2018, of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, with over 200 members including individuals, organizations, real estate agencies, and real estate companies in the province. On April 23, 2020, the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association was recognized as an official member of the Vietnam Real Estate Association according to Decision No. 28/QD-HHBDSVN.
The Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association is a professional organization established with the goal of supporting and developing the real estate industry in Nghe An province; bringing together businesses, experts, investors, and individuals involved in the real estate sector, in order to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
