The Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association celebrates its first anniversary.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of October 24th, in Vinh City, the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association held a ceremony to celebrate its first anniversary (October 24, 2018 - October 24, 2019).
In 2017, the Nghe An Real Estate Club was established, with an organizational structure consisting of 1 president, 2 vice presidents, and 5 members. To meet the development requirements of the real estate market in the new phase, on August 7, 2018, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 3414/QD-UBND establishing the Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association.
The Nghe An Provincial Real Estate Association is a socio-professional organization related to the real estate sector in Nghe An province, voluntarily established with the aim of cooperating, linking, supporting, and assisting each other, contributing to the sustainable development of the real estate sector in Nghe An in a professional manner.

The Association acts as a representative and liaison, gathering opinions from its members to participate in and make recommendations to state agencies on policies and guidelines related to the Association's industry and field of activity, in accordance with the law; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of member units and organizations and facilitating their access to international organizations; updating and providing members with information on state policies and laws related to the Association's industry and field of activity, helping members avoid risks in their operations...
"From a spontaneous club, we have grown into the Provincial Real Estate Association, officially established by the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, with its own headquarters and legal seal. From a club where members would sit and drink coffee at sidewalk cafes, sharing small-scale, internal real estate information and investments limited to the province, the Association has now reached the level of real estate associations nationwide, expanding its reach to other provinces."

When it was first established, the Association had 80 members. After one year of operation, it now has nearly 100 members, including investors, companies, real estate agencies, and real estate businesses. The Association has connected its members, enabling them to regularly participate in activities, support each other, share experiences, enhance their understanding of real estate business and brokerage, update their knowledge, and keep abreast of new regulations on real estate. At the same time, it serves as a liaison for members in researching and compiling opinions to participate in and make recommendations to state agencies regarding policies and guidelines related to the Association's industry and field of activity.

In the coming period, the Association will continue to innovate its operating methods and diversify its activities to best serve the legitimate needs of its members; creating an attractive "playing field" and an efficient operating environment with high benefits for the real estate business community in the direction of sustainable development...
