Principal lost his job for using fake diploma

The principal of Binh Son Kindergarten (Thanh Hoa) was dismissed from his position due to using an illegal high school diploma.

On June 15, Mr. Le Quang Hung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Trieu Son district (Thanh Hoa) said that he had just signed a decision to dismiss Ms. Do Thi Tham from the position of principal of Binh Son Kindergarten.

In early May, Ms. Tham was also disciplined with a warning by the Chairman of the District People's Committee for using an illegal high school diploma, being dishonest in declaring documents; deliberately concealing violations, violating teachers' ethical standards, and creating bad public opinion about the image of teachers.

Previously, Ms. Tham was disciplined with a reprimand for violating regulations on management of activities and quality of child care and education; violating management procedures and using socialized education funds and agreed-upon revenues to serve students.

Trieu Son district authorities requested Ms. Tham to hand over documents and work she is undertaking to the person assigned to run the school.
