Four years after his first visit, on December 8, 1961, President Ho Chi Minh returned to his hometown of Nghe An for the second time. Vinh City, Hung Nguyen, Lang Sen, Dong Hieu Farm, Vinh Thanh Cooperative... everywhere bore the imprint of his simple, approachable, and affectionate image.
