In addition to focusing on performance, coach Dinh Hong Vinh also emphasized consistency in the way the team builds its playing style between all levels. "We are working closely to ensure that the football philosophy from U22 to the national team is always consistent. This will help the players adapt easily and develop in a consistent direction."

One of the important tasks of U22 Vietnam in the coming time is to find the optimal squad. According to the plan, by September 2025, the team will determine the strongest force to aim for the 33rd SEA Games as well as the U23 Asian qualifiers.
In addition to evaluating domestic players, the coaching staff also pays special attention to overseas Vietnamese players. Coach Dinh Hong Vinh revealed that the professional team is closely following Vietnamese players playing abroad to find suitable candidates.

Regarding midfielder Viktor Le, he commented: He often plays and has some starting matches. This is a positive sign that helps him meet the selection criteria. However, to integrate into the general playing style, the coaching staff is still working and supporting him to adapt better.
Similarly, the coaching staff also closely monitors Andrej Nguyen An Khanh - a player of Vietnamese origin currently playing in the Czech Republic.
Coach Dinh Hong Vinh emphasized: We have a team of experts who collect information and evaluate the development process of the players. The important thing is that they must constantly improve themselves and integrate well with the team's general philosophy.

After a period of intense competition in domestic tournaments such as V-League and First Division, players need to adjust their physical fitness.
Coach Dinh Hong Vinh said that the coaching team has made a detailed plan to ensure the best physical condition for the entire team. In the first phase of this training session, we will prioritize relaxation and recovery exercises. After that, the team will gradually increase the training volume to prepare for the upcoming important matches.
Besides building the squad and tactics, coach Dinh Hong Vinh also emphasizes close coordination between team levels.
He shared about his working relationship with national team head coach Kim Sang-sik: "Coach Kim Sang-sik and I have reached an agreement on how to implement the playing style. We want to ensure synchronization between the U22 and the national team, helping players adapt easily when changing levels. The training programs have been adjusted appropriately to create the most seamless and effective way."
