Head coach Park Hang-seo has just finalized the list of the Vietnam U22 team for the first training session in 2021. This is the next training session since 2020 to prepare for the 31st SEA Games and the 2022 AFC U23 Championship Qualifiers.

Notably, young player Tran Manh Quynh, born in 2001, of SLNA, was promoted to play in V.League for the first time and was named by coach Park Hang-seo in this list. Meanwhile, center back Thai Ba Sang and midfielder Dang Van Lam were absent.
