Coach Park Hang-seo and the Vietnamese national team welcome a special guest.

The meeting between the two famous compatriots is scheduled to take place before the Vietnamese national team's training session this afternoon at My Dinh National Stadium (Hanoi). Jin Jong-oh is a shooting legend in South Korea with 4 Olympic gold medals, including 3 consecutive wins in 2008, 2012, and 2016.

From November 30th to December 7th, Jin Jong-oh visited Vietnam at the invitation of the Vietnam Shooting Federation. He is considered an inspiration to shooter Hoang Xuan Vinh, the Army athlete who achieved a remarkable feat by winning one gold and one silver medal at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics.

Jin Jong-oh came to Vietnam at the invitation of the Vietnam Shooting Federation.

Reportedly, after arriving in Vietnam, Jin Jong-oh wanted to visit coach Park Hang-seo. Coach Park readily agreed upon receiving the news. According to the schedule, the Vietnamese national team's training session this afternoon will take place at 4:15 PM. Before this training session, Coach Park will welcome his compatriot, who is also very famous in South Korea.

Earlier on the morning of December 3rd, Jin Jong-oh had a meeting with shooter Hoang Xuan Vinh and other Vietnamese shooting athletes at the National Training Center I (Nhon). The meeting attracted considerable media attention. On December 7th, the South Korean shooter will return to his country.

Also this afternoon, the Philippine national team will have a training session from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at My Dinh Stadium. Coach Sven-Goran Eriksson and his team arrived in Hanoi yesterday evening after a flight of approximately 20 hours. In the first leg of the 2018 AFF Cup semi-final in Bacolod, the Philippines lost to Vietnam 1-2.
