Providing 3 billion VND in support for disadvantaged children.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 1st, the Provincial Children's Protection Fund, in coordination with UNIBEN Company (a producer and distributor of instant noodles and seasonings under the Reeva and 3 Miền brands), launched the program "3 Miền Joins Hands for the Future Generation," aiming to support disadvantaged children in Nghe An province.
Comrade Le Xuan Dai, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, attended the ceremony.
The "Three Regions Join Hands for the Future Generation" program is sponsored by Mr. Dang Khac Vy, a successful businessman from Nghi Truong commune, Nghi Loc district. In 2016, the program provided 3 billion VND to support activities such as: assisting with surgeries for children with congenital heart disease (1 billion VND), awarding scholarships, bicycles, and school supplies to students (1 billion VND), and continuously donating nutritional products to improve meals for students in 6 ethnic boarding secondary schools and several other schools in the province.
