These are breeding pigs directly selected and raised by Keng Du Border Guard Station right at the unit according to Project 3303/QD-UB, dated July 15, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee on building a local pig breeding facility to provide breeding pigs for people in border areas.
The households receiving piglets this time are those in difficult circumstances and have the will to overcome poverty and are selected from 3 villages in Keng Du commune. Each pig weighs 13kg.
Along with that, Keng Du Border Post has provided guidance on livestock farming techniques and veterinary work to support people to boldly invest in development and rise up to eliminate poverty.
