The most beautiful Miss Vietnam in history is coming to Vietnam.
Dayana Mendoza, Miss Universe Vietnam 2008, will be coming to Nha Trang to attend the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 final on January 6, 2018.
Miss Universe 2008, along with Paula Shugart, President of the Miss Universe World Organization, will be the guest of honor at the Miss Universe Vietnam final on January 6th. This also marks Mendoza's return to the Crown Center stage – where she was crowned Miss Universe 2008 10 years ago.

During the Miss Universe 2008 final, Dayana's answer to the question was considered one of the best. To the question, "In your opinion, is life easier for men or women?", she answered in English: "The only difference lies in each person's mindset. Men think the faster way to get to a point is a straight line. While women know the faster way to get to a point is a curve and how to adjust those curves."
Before coming to Vietnam, Mendoza shared: "It's wonderful to be back in Vietnam. It feels like I'm reliving old memories and coming home."
