Hoang Mai Town Voluntary Blood Donation Steering CommitteeIn collaboration with Nghe An Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, organized the second voluntary blood donation festival in 2019, with the theme "A drop of red blood - giving hope".

The voluntary blood donation festival was attended by 850 volunteers from agencies, units, schools, and businesses in the town. The result was the collection of hundreds of blood units to supplement the province's blood reserve fund to promptly treat patients.

Through the article "Pitying the situation of a deaf-mute mother raising a child with brain tumor" published in Nghe An Daily and Nghe An Electronic Newspaper on September 20, 2019,Group "Do Luong shares love"visited and presented 4 million VND in support to the family of Ms. Hoang Thi Chin in Hamlet 5, Trung Son Commune, Do Luong. Ms. Chin was born deaf and mute, and her mother passed away more than 3 months ago. Her son, Dinh Hoang Dat (6 years old), has a brain tumor and is bedridden. Currently, the life of the mother and son is very difficult because she can only do sewing at home to take care of her son.

Women's Union of Chau Hanh Commune, Quy ChauThe organization awarded 6 million VND from the "Warm House of Love 2019" Fund to members Luong Thi Thanh and Vi Thi Huong in Ke Bang village. These are poor families with difficult circumstances.
