Seventh-grade student returns lost wallet to owner.
(Baonghean.vn) - Hoa Binh Town Secondary School (Tuong Duong District) recently held a ceremony to commend Nguyen Manh Dat, a student in class 7C, for his act of returning lost property to its owner.
Earlier, at around 5 PM on September 10th, while returning home from an outing, Dat saw a wallet that had been dropped in front of the Tuong Duong District People's Committee office. After taking the wallet home, Dat gave it to his grandfather and recounted the incident, clearly stating his wish to return it to the owner.

Understanding the situation, Dat's grandfather and his grandson took the wallet to the police station in Tuong Duong town to hand it over. There, upon inspection, the wallet contained 696,000 VND and various documents such as health insurance, motorcycle insurance, driver's license, vehicle registration, and ATM card.
Based on the name and address recorded in the identification documents, the police in Tuong Duong district contacted the owner, Ms. Phan Thi Mui, residing in Cua Rao 2 village, Xa Luong commune (Tuong Duong), to retrieve the lost items.
