Nghe An students win high prizes at National Creativity Competition

(Baonghean.vn)- At the 11th National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest, students from Nghe An province won Third Prize and Consolation Prize.

On the evening of October 15, the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 11th National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest was held at the Hanoi Opera House with the participation of leaders of central and local ministries, departments and award-winning children nationwide.

The organizers awarded prizes to outstanding authors.

This year's National Competition has 554 solutions from 49 provinces and cities in 5 fields: learning tools; computer software; environmentally friendly products; household appliances and children's toys; environmental protection and economic development.

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 106 best works including 1 Special Prize, 5 First Prizes, 10 Second Prizes, 30 Third Prizes and 60 Encouragement Prizes. Of these, Nghe An had 2 winning works including 1 Third Prize and 1 Encouragement Prize.

Two Nghe An students won prizes at the competition.

Third prize of Nghe An belongs to the solution "AS2 suite software" of Tran Manh Cuong, class 11A1, Anh Son 2 High School; Encouragement prize belongs to the solution "Automation of aquaculture care process in ponds" of the group of authors Hoang Anh Tuan and Hoang Duc Tuan, class 11A3, Nguyen Truong To High School, Hung Nguyen district.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the organizing committee, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dac Vinh, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union, launched the 12th Contest in 2016.
