The competition brought together 4 teams with 20 contestants from primary and secondary schools in Bich Hao, Kim Bang, and Xuan Lam communes. This was not only a beneficial playground, but also a vivid and engaging communication activity about using clean water, practicing personal hygiene, and preventing and controlling waterborne diseases.

The teams participated in three rounds of competition: greetings, a knowledge quiz, and teamwork. In the greetings round, the teams showcased their creativity through skits, poems, and dramatizations, incorporating messages about safe water use, handwashing with soap, and environmental protection.

The multiple-choice section, with 20 questions, helps contestants reinforce their knowledge about water sources, infectious diseases, and prevention methods. Meanwhile, the team-building section is highly practical, involving tasks such as assembling picture messages and arranging the correct handwashing procedure.
