Nghe An student returns lost property and receives letter of commendation from Department of Education Director
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 26, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An sent a letter of commendation to two students, Duong Thi Binh and Nguyen Thi Van (class 12A9, Yen Thanh 2 High School) for their beautiful act of "picking up lost property and returning it to its owner".
Previously, on the afternoon of March 20, on the way to the Dong Thanh Commune People's Committee headquarters to complete admission documents, two students, Duong Thi Binh and Nguyen Thi Van, picked up a wallet. Checking the wallet, they found 8,869,000 VND, but no identification documents.
The two students decided to go to Dong Thanh Commune Police Station to report the loss and find the person who lost it. After 2 days of reporting and sharing on social media, Dong Thanh Commune Police found the owner of the wallet and returned it to the person who lost it.

In the letter of commendation, Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training - Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi affirmed: This is a noble action, worthy of the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho: "Modesty, honesty, courage".
