This morning (April 16), the leader of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Duong province said that 9 students escaped from the drug rehabilitation center of Binh Duong province (in Tam Lap commune, Phu Giao district) by breaking through the wall to get out.
