Fall Fair 2025: Closing Ceremony and Record Marks

The Closing Ceremony of the 2025 Autumn Fair will be broadcast live at 8:10 p.m. today (November 3) on VTV1. This event marks the successful conclusion of the first national fair held at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

Impressive scale and numbers

According to the report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the 2025 Autumn Fair has set a record as the largest event ever held in Vietnam. With a total area of130,000 m², the fair gathers3,000 boothsstandard from2,500 businessesand domestic and foreign organizations.

The event attracted a huge number of visitors, averaging100,000 visits/dayThis figure not only far exceeds previous fairs but also shows the strong appeal of Vietnamese products and consumer confidence in domestic goods.

Promoting cooperation and innovation

Within the framework of the fair, 30 conferences, seminars and thematic forums were held. The Organizing Committee also selected and honored 30 typical booths. In particular, international trade programs took place continuously with the participation of businesses from Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, New Zealand and the European Union.

As a result, more100 cooperation agreements and memorandums of understandinghave been signed. These activities clearly demonstrate the orientation of shifting from simple trade promotion to a comprehensive model, closely connecting trade, investment, innovation and digital transformation.

Mark of community responsibility

Responding to the Prime Minister's call at the opening ceremony, the fundraising program to support the people of the Central region affected by storms and floods has received active participation. Up to now, the amount of donations has reached more than2 billion VNDand is expected to continue to be recognized at the Closing Ceremony. This activity demonstrates the spirit of sharing and social responsibility of the Vietnamese business community.

To show sympathy for people facing difficulties due to natural disasters, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has proposed not organizing fireworks displays in the closing ceremony.

According to information from the Organizing Committee, the Closing Ceremony program is expected to include the following main contents:

• Broadcasting the summary report of the first Autumn Fair - 2025.
• Organize a ceremony to honor organizations and businesses with outstanding booths.
• Gratitude and receiving donations to support people in the Central and Northern mountainous provinces affected by storms and floods.
