The Red Cross distributed 45 gift packages in Tan Ky during the Christmas season.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Christmas, on the morning of December 24th, the Nghe An Red Cross Society visited Ky Tan commune (Tan Ky district) to distribute gifts to poor parishioners and students in the area.

In total, 45 gift packages, worth 30 million VND, each containing a warm blanket and 500,000 VND in cash, were given to poor households and underprivileged students who have shown academic excellence.
Earlier, on the afternoon of December 23rd, the delegation distributed 15 gift packages to impoverished parishioners in Ky Tan commune.

Ky Tan is a commune located about 2 km east of Lat town, Tan Ky district. The commune has 15,620 households, of which 202 are Catholic, and comprises 1 deanery, 1 parish, and 2 sub-parishes.
