The Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City supports flood victims in Nghe An province.
On the morning of November 3rd, the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City donated to the people of Nghe An to help them overcome the consequences of the floods.
Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, welcomed the delegation.
At the handover ceremony, representatives of the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City presented a symbolic check for 300 million VND to support people affected by storms and floods in Nghe An province.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Bui Van Lieu, Chairman of the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City, shared his condolences regarding the losses and damage suffered by the people of Nghe An province due to typhoons No. 5 and No. 10. With a spirit of "mutual support and compassion," and a focus on their homeland, the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City launched a fundraising campaign, demonstrating social responsibility and a spirit of sharing with the people in the affected areas. Although businesses still face many difficulties, they all share a common determination to help the province overcome this challenging period.
On behalf of the provincial leadership, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, respectfully thanked the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City for their affection, sense of responsibility, and sharing towards Nghe An.
The comrade emphasized: The contributions of businesses not only have material value but also demonstrate compassion and a spirit of solidarity with the government and people in times of hardship, serving as a solid foundation for the locality to quickly overcome difficulties, restore production, and stabilize people's lives.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province will closely coordinate with the Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City to distribute 300 million VND to 6 schools, with 50 million VND allocated to each school, in Hung Nguyen and Hung Nguyen Nam communes, and 3 schools in coastal communes of Nghe An province.
On this occasion, the Nghe Tinh Business Golf Club in Ho Chi Minh City also presented a symbolic check for 310 million VND, which had been disbursed earlier (October 11th) to support people in communes of the former Anh Son, Tan Ky, and Dien Chau districts.
