Tan Ky Women's Union hands over "Houses of Love and Compassion"

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30th, the Women's Union of Tan Ky district handed over a "House of Love" to a poor member with particularly difficult circumstances in Huong Son commune.

In order to promptly encourage poor women members with particularly difficult circumstances, the Women's Union of the district reviewed and supported the construction of a "House of Love" for member Luong Thi Ha, a Thanh ethnic woman residing in Tan Son 1 village, Huong Son commune.

The Women's Union of Tan Ky district presented a "House of Love" to its member, Luong Thi Ha, a Thanh ethnic woman residing in Tan Son 1 village, Huong Son commune.

After two months of construction, Ms. Luong Thi Ha's house was completed with a total area of ​​55 m2, built according to the "Three Solid" standard (brick walls, tiled roof, cement floor); the house is worth 56 million VND, of which the Women's Union of the district contributed 20 million VND.
