Nghe An Women's Union gives Tet gifts to female workers and laborers in industrial parks

Responding to the Appeal for Support and Helppoor peopleCelebrate the Lunar New Year 2022, and continue the program "Millions of gifts to share love" to share and support members and women affected by the epidemic.Covid-19Launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, on the morning of January 18, the Provincial Women's Union coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation to organize Tet greetings, give gifts, and encourage female workers and laborers in difficult circumstances in industrial parks.

Accordingly, on this occasion, 736 workers in difficult circumstances due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic at 14 enterprises in Bac Vinh Industrial Park and Nam Cam Industrial Park were given Tet gifts. Each gift is worth 1 million VND, total value 736 million VND.

This is the source of funding byProvincial Women's UnionConnected with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) through the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; expressing encouragement and sharing, supporting female workers to celebrate Tet more fully in spirit and material.

At the gift-giving points, leaders of the Provincial Women's Union shared and encouraged female workers and laborers to continue to strive, work enthusiastically, be creative, and affirm their solid position in the enterprise; at the same time, contribute to the development of the enterprise and the economic development of the province.

The leaders of the Provincial Women's Union also hope that the Provincial Federation of Labor, the Trade Unions of industrial zones and the grassroots Trade Unions in each enterprise will continue to pay attention to organizing women's movements and activities, creating an environment for female workers and laborers in enterprises to compete in labor production; at the same time, take care to ensure the rights of female workers.
