In response to the appeal for support and assistance.poorCelebrating the Lunar New Year of the Tiger 2022, and continuing the "Millions of Gifts, Sharing Love" program to share and support members and women affected by the pandemic.Covid-19Following an initiative launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, on the morning of January 18th, the Provincial Women's Union, in coordination with the Provincial Labor Union, organized a New Year's greeting, gift-giving, and encouragement event for female workers and laborers facing difficulties in industrial zones.

Accordingly, on this occasion, 736 disadvantaged workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic at 14 enterprises in Bac Vinh Industrial Park and Nam Cam Industrial Park received Tet gifts. Each gift was worth 1 million VND, totaling 736 million VND.

This funding comes from...Provincial Women's UnionConnecting with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) through the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee; demonstrating encouragement, sharing, and support for female workers to have a more fulfilling Tet holiday, both spiritually and materially.

At the gift-giving locations, the leaders of the Provincial Women's Union shared words of encouragement with female workers, urging them to continue striving, working diligently and creatively, and affirming their firm position within the enterprises; while also contributing to the development of the enterprises and the economic development of the province.

The leaders of the Provincial Women's Union also hope that the Provincial Labor Union, the Trade Unions of industrial zones, and the grassroots trade unions in each enterprise will continue to pay attention to organizing movements and activities for women, creating an environment for female workers and laborers in enterprises to compete in labor and production; and at the same time, ensure the rights of female workers.
