Originating from the idea of introducing young people to a wider selection of books and promoting a reading culture in an increasingly "internet-driven" society, seven students from Hue University of Science established the Hue Used Book Association, operating primarily on a voluntary basis. Members use their own money to purchase books at the lowest possible prices and strive to balance the cost to sell them at affordable prices to serve readers. |
