Today (July 11th), the Directors of the Departments of Internal Affairs and Industry and Trade answered questions from representatives of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council.
On July 11th, the 21st session of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council, 18th term, 2021-2026, will hold a question-and-answer session.
This is important content for fulfilling the oversight function of elected bodies.

The question-and-answer session, which took place over 1.5 sessions on July 11th, was conducted with a focus on key areas and issues, while also expanding to cover all aspects of socio-economic development, national defense and security, and foreign affairs.
The first group of key issues, under the Department of Internal Affairs, concerns the reorganization of commune-level administrative units in Nghe An province during the 2023-2025 period, and the arrangement and resolution of benefits and policies for redundant officials, civil servants, and employees after the reorganization of commune-level administrative units. Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, will be the main respondent.
The second group of key issues, under the Department of Industry and Trade, relates to state management of food safety; prevention, control, and handling of violations in the transportation and trading of smuggled goods and goods of unknown origin; and planning, model transformation, investment in construction, business, exploitation, and management of markets in Nghe An province. Mr. Pham Van Hoa, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, will be the main respondent.
