On the fourth working day of the second session (October 24), the National Assembly will consider the draft Law on Property Auction and the draft Law on Belief and Religion.

According to the working program, this morning, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh will present a Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Property Auction.

The draft Law on Property Auction was commented on at the 10th session of the 13th National Assembly.

After receiving and revising, the draft Law submitted to the National Assembly for approval at this session consists of 8 chapters and 79 articles, in which a number of issues continue to seek the National Assembly's opinion, including: Scope of regulation, applicable subjects, types of assets required to be sold through auction, on auction of bad debts and collateral of bad debts, on auctioneers, on national socio-professional organizations of auctioneers, on asset auction enterprises, Asset Auction Service Center, on auction forms and auction methods, on handling of violations, cancellation of auction results and compensation for damages, on auction service fees and a number of other issues...

Next, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of this Law project.

The National Assembly will listen to Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long explain the opinions of National Assembly deputies on the draft Law on Property Auction.

In the afternoon, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children Phan Thanh Binh presented a Report on explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Belief and Religion.

The draft Law on Belief and Religion was discussed and commented on at the 10th session (13th National Assembly). After being absorbed and revised, the draft Law submitted to the 14th National Assembly for approval at this session consists of 9 chapters and 69 articles, regulating the right to freedom of belief and religion; belief and religious activities; religious organizations; rights and obligations of organizations and individuals related to belief and religious activities.

Some issues that continue to seek the National Assembly's opinion include: Freedom of belief and religion of all people; the field of belief; recognition of religious organizations; legal status of religious organizations; social activities of religious organizations, belief and religious activities with foreign elements; State management in the field of belief and religion, and prohibited acts.

Afterwards, the National Assembly discussed in the Hall a number of contents with different opinions in the draft Law on Belief and Religion.

Minister of Home Affairs Le Vinh Tan explained the opinions of National Assembly deputies on the draft Law on Belief and Religion.
